We are a Hiring Sales Manager – Oil & Gas

Job Qualifications & Skills required:

  • UK or US Graduates Only.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills.
  • · BSc in Mechanical Engineer or Chemical Engineer
  • · Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • · Experience in customer relationship management.
  • · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • · Dedication to providing great customer service.

  • · Analytical skills
  • · Ability to innovate
  • · Strategic thinking
  • · Proficient with office software such as MS office
  • · Min 2 years’ Experience in GCC with oil & Gas Industry.
  • · CAD CAM drawing
  • · Can work independently
  • · Prepare BOQ
  • · Familiarity with HSE Issues and Hazop.
  • · Previous Experience with Different Software (Primavera P6, CAD works etc.,)
  • · Tender Evaluation.
  • · U.A.E Driving License.
  • · Should be between 27 – 32 yrs.

Responsibilities and Duties:
(Standard of performance)

  • Set sales target by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products across the three business units
  • Monitor, control and review company’s project activities and ensure that they are brought to completion within scheduled period of time and budget
  • Provide effective and efficient management to organization’s business activities that have to do with its strategic and financial growth
  • · Build effective relationship with the clients so as to maintain good revenue increase for the organization
  • · Ability to plan, evaluate and provide feedback on sales strategies.
  • · Coordinate with the marketing department in order to develop plans for launching of new products, and then its implementation
  • · Hire and document contractors and subcontractors
  • · Responsible of projects budget and cash flow
  • · Record all amendments made for projects
  • · Act as a liaison between clients and site managers/engineers
  • · Review, audit and approve engineering design.
